ARTMS kicked off their latest tour “Lunar Theory” at Chicago’s Copernicus Center. The girl group debuted in 2024 with the release of their album <Dall> featuring the title track “Virtual Angel,” which marked the re-debut of sub-unit Odd Eye Cricle and debut of the final two members of LOONA who had yet to re-debut. The five-piece made up of Heejin, JinSoul, Kim Lip, Haseul, and Choerry last visited Chicago just 6 months ago, with the tour focussing on tracks from <Dall> and sub-unit stages featuring tracks from Odd Eye Circle. The “Lunar Theory” tour put a new spin on ARTMS’ setlist, featuring songs primarily from the LOONA catalogue!

OURII, the official title for ARTMS fans, were not only treated to the special concert, but VIP experiences including 1:1 photo ops with the members, hi-touch, and exclusive merch including VIP exclusive photocards.
“Lunar Theory” opened unconventionally, with each of the members showing off their solo-debuts, starting off with Heejin performing “ViViD,” marking for the first performance of the track outside of South Korea. The first stages continued with HaSeul showing off her vocal chops the ballad “Let Me In,” and finishing with the two coming together to perform ⅓’s magical “Sonatine.” The next three members went on to finish the first stage with their solo performances, and finished out with a special Odd Eye Circle performance of the viral hit “Girl Front.”
Between stages, the VCR showcased the various processes of the members, including inside looks into their rehearsal process for tour, behind the scenes of photoshoots, and an inside look into the day in the life of the members. The stages continued showcasing off a plethora of fan-favorite LOONA songs, including “Butterfly” and “PTT (Paint the Town,” with a dance break so intense the girls collapsed onto the stage to catch their breath, even joking with fans that they should take their place on stage.

“Lunar Theory” closed out with ARTMS performing fan favorite tracks off <Dall> including “Virtual Angel” and “Sparkle.” The members also treated fans with their unreleased track “Burn” which has now been released on all streaming platforms! The official last stage of the night was surprise encore song “Why Not?” Exciting audience members and getting every last OURII on their feet.
It’s always a pleasure to see the Orbit fandom come together at concerts, with fans sporting lightsticks from sister-group Loosemble and soloists Yves and Chuu. No matter what lightstick or merch the fans represented, everyone was ecstatic to hear all their favorite LOONA songs. ARTMS assured fans that they’ll be back soon, and OURII can’t wait to see what they do next. Until then, make sure to check out <Dall> and the newly released <Burn>!
