WAY BETTER Bring Fiery Energy to Atlanta for Their ‘Global Warming’ Tour

Atlanta came ready for the heat, -- a kind other than what the scorching Saturday afternoon brought, -- and the artists of WAY BETTER delivered just that at Knock Music Hall on May 2, 2026. the group's 'Global Warming' tour stop brought together from20, HELLO GLOOM, and Kang Yuchan for a night that felt intimate, explosive, and impossible to ignore. From the moment fans began lining up outside the venue, the energy was already building into something that felt bigger than a typical concert stop. there was a sense that everyone in the room knew about to be part of a night designed to burn bright and move fast.

Before the show even began, fans made the most of every moment, sharing excitement, comparing favorite moments from the artists, trading freebies, snapping photos with longtime and newfound friends, and settling into the kind of pre-show atmosphere that makes live events feel personal right away. That anticipation reached its peak when the night’s opening act, Ramiro Brave, told fans, “I want to go see everybody,” before stepping outside to greet them ahead of doors opening. He made his way through the entire line, making sure everyone felt seen as he struck up conversations and stopped for photos with those waiting outside. Once people began moving into Knock Music Hall, the crowd’s buzz quickly filled the space, and it was clear the audience was there not just to watch a performance, but to experience the night together.

The most admirable part of the lead-up was watching the artists perform sound check before fans reentered the venue. HELLO GLOOM took the lead in communicating with the audio technician, adjusting mic levels, track volume, and more, and the Red Crown team did not disappoint. When fans were finally let back inside, they were greeted by a stage illuminated in a full range of colors, signaling that the night was already shaping up to feel like an endless party.

As fans settled onto the floor and the second level of the venue, Ramiro Brave opened the night with the kind of performance that immediately set the tone for everything that followed. With a sound rooted in pop and R&B, the Texas artist and J.T.R. member brought an easy confidence to the stage that matched the warmth of the crowd already settling into the room. His set felt smooth and controlled, but never low-energy, giving fans exactly the kind of opening moment that eased them into the night while still making it clear the show was only getting started. What stood out most was how naturally he held the audience’s attention. Ramiro moved through his performance with a polished presence that felt both inviting and assured, giving the room time to fully lock in before WAY BETTER took over. His growing discography has helped shape that sound, and his live performance reflected the same blend of melody, personality, and charisma that listeners have come to associate with him. As the opening act, he did exactly what a strong opener should do: warm up the room, build anticipation, and leave the audience ready for more.

His set also worked well because it fit the night’s overall energy without competing with it. Instead of trying to overpower the moment, he leaned into it, setting a relaxed but engaged tone that made the transition into the main performance feel even more natural. By the time he stepped off stage, the crowd was fully warmed up and more than ready for the rest of the show to unfold.

Beginning with a darkened stage, Kang Yuchan, from20, and HELLO GLOOM took over Knock Music Hall with a fireball collaboration performance of “119” and “weol,” sending the crowd into a frenzy from the very first moment. The energy in the room shot up immediately, and the intimate venue suddenly felt much larger as fans erupted with wild cheers that seemed to bounce off every wall. It was the kind of opening that made it clear the night was not going to ease in gently — it was going to hit hard and keep climbing. After that explosive start, the three took a moment to introduce themselves, which only sparked even louder screams from the audience and made the room feel like a full-scale concert hall. The reaction was deafening, a clear sign that the crowd was fully locked in and ready to follow wherever the performance went next. That momentum carried seamlessly into the next collaboration stage, where they kept the fire going with “Eye Candy” and “MAMACITA,” continuing to build on the energy they had already set in motion.

Up next were the individual artist stages, beginning with from20, who set the night on fire with his 2023 single “Beat It.” Before moving on, he introduced his next stage, “Naked” from his upcoming album Rated R, and brought a fan into the moment by asking for help taking his shirt off. That playful interaction only made it even more obvious just how hot this next stage was about to get, and the crowd was more than ready for it.

Following from20 was none other than Kang Yuchan, who fans were especially excited to see after his absence from the group’s KCON LA 2025 performance. He kicked off his solo set with “Champagne Poppin’,” his solo debut under WAY BETTER, while the stage lights danced around him and added to the song’s unmistakable party vibe. The mood only kept building as he moved into “Call of the Wild,” where green stage lights and a mix of blues, purples, and reds gave the performance an electric feel while he showcased his choreography and jumped up and down with the audience. Before ending his stage, Yuchan shifted the energy once more with his silky smooth vocals during “Close To You,” giving the crowd a softer but no less captivating moment to hold onto.

As the stage darkened again, it was time to pass things over to HELLO GLOOM, who immediately kicked the venue’s energy back up with “TV Star.” He took a moment to shower fans with water, setting off another wave of excitement before continuing to build the momentum with “Somebody,” a stage where the crowd followed his every movement as he owned every inch of the stage. By the time he reached “Dancing In Dark,” it was clear this was the song that showcased every side of HELLO GLOOM as an artist. The energy in the venue and the intimacy of the moment both soared, and with deafening cheers already filling the room, the excitement reached a new peak when from20 and Kang Yuchan joined HELLO GLOOM on stage. Together, the three collided their individual energies into one powerful moment, closing out the section with the kind of chemistry that made the whole night feel even bigger.

Beginning with a collaborative performance of “Blue,” the crowd was singing along from the first note as greens and purples illuminated the venue and fans jumped up and down to the beat. The song immediately turned into one of those collective moments that made the room feel unified, with the artists and audience feeding off each other’s energy as fan interactions soared throughout the stage. It was the kind of performance that kept the momentum high while still giving everyone in the venue a chance to feel personally pulled into the moment. Ending their collaboration set was “Your Love,” but this time the song, which was originally recorded as a duo, included the added hype and stunning vocals of Kang Yuchan. That extra layer gave the stage even more power, turning an already emotional performance into something bigger, louder, and more unforgettable. It was time for their final group photo with the crowd to which a fan shouted, "But first, get naked," to which from20 happbily obliged once more. From there, the three took their leave to change into their encore fits, leaving the crowd buzzing with anticipation for whatever came next.

Fans were not about to let the energy die down as they continued jumping up and down, pumping their fists and light sticks into the air as if an all-night party was on the agenda. When from20, HELLO GLOOM, and Kang Yuchan took the stage once more, they did so with the kind of presence that felt built to last far beyond the final song, turning the encore into a memory fans would carry with them long after the night ended. It was also a fitting reminder of what makes WAY BETTER’s approach so compelling. These artists have created not only an impeccable experience for fans, but a WAY BETTER way for artists to lean into their own craft and curate performances in a way that feels personal, collaborative, and fully their own.
