Falling, Rising, Flying: ARTMS Takes Fans on a Cosmic Ride

"We fall. We rise. We fly together.”

From the very first note of Club Icarus, ARTMS isn’t just releasing a mini-album—they’re inviting OURII to feel every heartbeat, every stumble, every moment of courage alongside them. Watching the five members—HeeJin, HaSeul, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry—transform their LOONA legacy into this cosmic, hopeful universe feels like stepping into a dream fans get to live together with them.

HeeJin shared, "The energy that we get from seeing people in person is completely different. You feel it in your heart. That connection—it’s priceless." HaSeul added, "Our music bridges generations. Whether you’ve followed LOONA for years or are a new OURII, there’s always something to connect with." Kim Lip reflected, "Even after a fall, there’s always a way to regain your strength. We wanted to capture both fragility and power." These statements echo the heart of the EP, which explores themes of emotional scars, resilience, and the transformative power of music.

The EP’s lead track, Icarus, embodies this vision with elegance, weaving vulnerability and courage into every note. Choerry commented, "Some fans even recreated our stages at home. Watching their creativity blow up—it’s just amazing." The track itself, celebrated for its haunting piano introduction and orchestral strings, has been praised for its classical elegance while remaining firmly rooted in contemporary pop—a testament to ARTMS’ musical versatility.

Grand Club Icarus, the North American tour, brings this narrative universe to life. Kicking off in Baltimore on November 6, the tour spans eleven cities across the U.S. and Canada, including Medford, Toronto, Madison, St. Louis, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Denver, Tempe, Los Angeles, and Monterey. Each show is more than a concert; it is a full sensory experience blending neon lights, feathered costumes, surreal skies, video projections, precise choreography, and reimagined tracks from both the Club Icarus EP and previous albums like MoonShot and Lunar Theory.

During past events in Seoul, New York, and Los Angeles, ARTMS interacted with fans in intimate settings. HeeJin emphasized, "The energy you get from seeing people in person and interacting is just different! Since New York is known for its nightlife and club culture, the vibe was on another level!"

Beyond the spectacle, it’s the emotional connection that defines Grand Club Icarus. Every light, every projection, every note tells the story of rising together. HaSeul reflected, "We want our songs to be a place where someone can find courage. That’s what Club Icarus is for us—and for OURII." JinSoul concluded, "Every ending is a new beginning, and sharing that with our fans makes it real."

ARTMS’ backstory enriches this narrative further. The group debuted on May 31, 2024, with their first album DALL—short for “Devine All Love & Live”—following pre-releases including Birth, Flower Rhythm, Candy Crush, and Air. Their mythology-infused aesthetic, drawing inspiration from Artemis, the Greek goddess of the moon, as well as NASA’s Artemis program, positions the group at the intersection of fantasy, futurism, and resilience.

The North American leg of Grand Club Icarus is a continuation of this storytelling approach. The EP Club Icarus, released on June 13, 2025, explores unseen emotional scars and the journey to hope and renewal. Fans have enjoyed not only performances but opportunities for Q&A, meet-and-greets, and pop-up exhibitions that deepen their connection to ARTMS’ universe.

The tour also features exclusive merchandise—limited-edition Club Icarus items, vinyl, posters, and apparel. VIP packages include hi-touch events and photo sessions, strengthening the bond between ARTMS and their fans.

Critics have praised the group’s sonic sophistication. Asian Junkie highlighted the elegant piano and orchestral strings that elevate Icarus, while Album of the Year commended the group’s masterful blending of pop, R&B, and drum-and-bass influences. NME described the album as a narrative of hope: "There was a moment our wings were broken, but we found the strength to rise again. Club Icarus is our story—not a tragedy, but a message of hope."

Every city, every show, every interaction reminds us of ARTMS’ motto: "We rise together, back to the moon and beyond."

As the North American tour kicks off in Baltimore this November, fans won’t just witness performances—they’ll live in ARTMS’ universe, where falling isn’t failing, and every moment is a chance to soar together.
