ONE PACT Brings [OUTSHINE] to Atlanta After a Summer of Big Stages
By the time ONE PACT walked onto the stage at Atlanta’s Center Stage on September 2, the members had already spent the summer getting used to bigger rooms, louder crowds, and the kind of moments that make a tour feel like more than another string of dates.
Just weeks earlier, the group had been in Los Angeles for KCON LA 2026, appearing on the Toyota Music Den Stage before also taking part in the Day 3 M COUNTDOWN programming at Crypto.com Arena. At the Toyota Music Den Stage, ONE PACT moved through several fan-favorites giving everyone in attendance a chance to see a snippet of what to expect. Coming from that kind of weekend and straight into the U.S. leg of the OUTSHINE tour, Atlanta felt like another opportunity to show &HEART what ONE PACT looks like when the stage belongs entirely to them.
ONE PACT officially debuted on November 30, 2023, under ARMADA Entertainment with their first mini album, Moment, and the title track “Must Be Nice.” But for fans, the story of the group started well before that date. JONGWOO, JAY CHANG, SEONGMIN, TAG, and YEDAM had already spent time in front of audiences through BOYS PLANET, while TAG had previously debuted with Ciipher and competed on High School Rapper 4, JAY CHANG had already released his solo mini album Late Night, and JONGWOO had previously been part of Black Level. SEONGMIN had also been part of TO1, while YEDAM had appeared on LOUD. That history matters when watching ONE PACT now because the group did not come together as five completely new performers trying to figure out how to stand on a stage. Each member arrived with his own experience, style, and familiarity with the pressure of performing, and the years since that November 2023 debut have been about turning those individual backgrounds into something that feels like one group. By the time OUTSHINE reached Atlanta, that process had already produced a growing catalog that could support a full concert rather than relying on one or two recognizable songs.
The show opened with “Pull Up,” immediately putting the focus on the performance energy that has become such a big part of ONE PACT’s live identity. “blind” and “100!” followed, keeping the opening stretch fast and physical before “B2U” and “YES, NO, MAYBE” gave the set a little more room to settle into its rhythm. “Whts yo name” and “wait!” continued that back-and-forth between songs built to get the room moving and tracks that let the members play more directly with the audience. Then came “DESERVED,” a song that has become one of the more recognizable pieces of the group’s current catalog, and the response in the room made it clear that the Atlanta crowd had not simply shown up to watch a concert. &HEART knew the songs, knew the members, and knew exactly when to give the room back to them.
The middle of the concert gave the members more opportunities to step outside of the group format. “Never Stop” brought YEDAM out with a guitar, changing the visual of the stage and giving the song a more personal feel. Fans stared in awe as YEDAM took a moment to test the sound before settling into the performance, eventually joining the rest of ONE PACT for a softer, acoustic take on “Never Stop” that would later bring some fans to tears. The mood completely changed as “WILD:” pushed the energy back up, before “Vampire” created an entirely different atmosphere as the stage lights illuminated the room in a striking, dangerous red. The unit stage brought JONGWOO, SEONGMIN, and YEDAM together, with the three moving in sync while still bringing such different styles to the choreography, giving the audience another look at their individual charms and chemistry.
One of the most memorable moments came when JAY and TAG took the stage beneath individual spotlights, each standing behind a separate microphone. JAY jokingly introduced the moment with, “This is the vocal team,” immediately setting up the room for what was coming. &HEART already knew the duo was about to take on One Direction’s “Perfect,” but the two managed to stretch out the anticipation before singing a single note. At one point, both members took a deep breath as if preparing to begin, only for the other member’s part to come next, turning the preparation itself into part of the performance. As &HEART stood in awe of JAY’s vocals and eagerly waited for TAG’s turn, the room filled with cheers and several audible reactions of surprise when the rapper took over the ballad. Those smaller combinations throughout the concert helped keep the long set feeling varied, giving each member room to show a different side of himself while still bringing everything back to ONE PACT.
Keeping the slower, more intimate vibe, the full group returned for an interactive performance of “Loading,” exchanging hearts, waves, and small gestures with fans throughout the song. It was the kind of moment that created a stronger bond between ONE PACT and &HEART without needing much explanation, almost as if the members were quietly telling the crowd, “Hey, I see you. Thank you for being here.” From there, the mood shifted again as “& Heart” and “U so hot” kept that connection going before “DO U FXXKING LOVE ME TOO” sent the energy back through the venue. By this point, fans were jumping across the room and singing along at the top of their lungs, turning the venue into one collective voice. “SANE” followed, bringing the group back into a heavier performance mode as the members took that energy and pushed it even further. &HEART continued dancing, shouting, and singing back every word, making the crowd itself feel like another part of the performance.
By the end of this segment, the energy inside Center Stage had reached a high point, with fans still on their feet and singing along as ONE PACT moved through the latter part of the set. What stood out was how naturally the concert could move between intimate fan interactions and full-on performance without either side feeling out of place. One moment had the members stopping to acknowledge individual fans through a heart or wave, and the next had the entire room jumping and shouting lyrics back at them. It was a reminder that the relationship between ONE PACT and &HEART is not simply something that happens between songs; it is built directly into the way the group performs, turning the audience from spectators into an active part of the night.
Before the individual stages began, &HEART turned the moment into another Atlanta-specific memory, breaking into a loud “ATL HO!” chant that quickly caught the members’ attention. Instead of simply letting the crowd carry it, the members jumped along with them and joined in on the chant, feeding off the energy as the audio underneath them dropped a surprisingly serious beat. What started as a simple fan chant quickly became a full-on back-and-forth between the stage and the crowd, with the members laughing along as the beat continued before the entire moment ended in laughter from everyone in the room. It was brief, but it captured the kind of unscripted interaction that made the Atlanta stop feel distinctly its own.
The individual stages medley gave each member a chance to take the spotlight completely on his own, bringing together the five solo tracks that have allowed &HEART to see different sides of ONE PACT’s members. JONGWOO opened with “PASSOUT,” immediately bringing his rap-heavy performance style to the forefront before the stage shifted to JAY’s “180928~,” a more introspective moment that gave the room space to settle into his vocals and presence. SEONGMIN followed with “Signal,” leaning into a softer and dreamier sound, before TAG stepped forward with “someone else,” trading the harder energy often associated with his performances for something more emotionally exposed. YEDAM closed out the individual portion with “Keyring,” bringing a brighter and more playful energy that changed the mood once again.
Seeing the five stages together made the differences between the members especially noticeable. JONGWOO's commanding rap presence, JAY's vocal focus, SEONGMIN's softer delivery, TAG's emotional side, and YEDAM's lighter energy each gave the audience something different to hold onto, while the fact that all five songs belong to the members themselves made the segment feel personal rather than like a collection of random covers. For &HEART, it was also a reminder of how much individual experience and personality sits underneath the ONE PACT name. Each member can command a stage alone, but bringing those five very different colors back together is what makes the group feel like ONE PACT.
The concert closed with “Hot Stuff,” bringing the night back to one of the songs that has been part of ONE PACT’s story since the beginning. That choice carried a little more weight than simply ending on an upbeat song. “Hot Stuff” dates back to the group’s debut era and was one of the performance tracks released around Moment, meaning the Atlanta crowd was hearing a song from the earliest part of ONE PACT’s journey after watching the members move through material from their more recent work. It made the ending feel like a reminder of how much ground the group had covered between their November 2023 debut and this point in the [OUTSHINE] tour.
For fans who had already seen ONE PACT at KCON LA, Atlanta offered a completely different way to experience the group. KCON gave them a few minutes on festival stages surrounded by dozens of other artists and activities, while [OUTSHINE] gave them an entire night with &HEART. There was time for the members to talk, joke around, move through different sides of their music, and let the crowd settle into each moment instead of having to move on to the next act. That difference was especially noticeable in the smaller theater setting, where the reactions from the audience became part of the show itself.
The night continued after the concert with 1:1 selfie and Polaroid events at Center Stage, giving fans another chance to meet the members after spending the evening singing and dancing along with them. By then, the Atlanta stop had already covered just about every side of ONE PACT: hard-hitting group stages, softer performances, covers, solo stages, plenty of fan interaction, and a few completely unscripted moments that only happen when a group and its audience are comfortable enough to play off each other. For a group still early in its run, that kind of night says more than simply having another date on the tour. Atlanta felt like a room full of people who came specifically for ONE PACT, and the members gave them plenty of reasons to stay in the moment.
