Their distinctive style, characterized by a fusion of EDM and synth-pop elements, immediately captivated the attention of Korean media and music enthusiasts worldwide. The release of their debut album, Arrival of Everglow , marked the beginning of their musical journey, featuring hit title tracks like “ Bon Bon Chocolat ,” “ Dun Dun , ” and the iconic “ La Di Da. ” These songs not only showcased the group's talent and versatility but also solidified their position in the industry. EVERGLOW's music not only resonated with fans in South Korea but also garnered a dedicated following internationally. Their infectious beats, powerful vocals, and captivating performances quickly earned them a loyal fanbase that continues to support and celebrate their music. The success of EVERGLOW's debut album and subsequent releases not only propelled them to stardom within the K-Pop community but also established their presence on the global music scene. Fast forward to September 27, 2024, EVERGLOW graced the stage of Chicago’s renowned Vic Theatre for their highly anticipated “Pulse & Heart” Tour. The atmosphere was electric even before the members stepped foot on stage, with the venue pulsating with the excitement of devoted fans eagerly awaiting EVERGLOW’s first live performance in the city. The concert kicked off with a bang as EVERGLOW opened with a medley of their hit tracks including “ Dun Dun ,” “ La Di Da ,” and “ Pirate .” Each member showcased their exceptional vocal prowess and mesmerizing dance moves, captivating the audience from the very first note. EVERGLOW surprised the audience with their renditions of popular K-Pop tracks like “ Supernova ” by Aespa and “ Klaxon ” by (G)I-DLE. South Korean artist Babylon serenaded New Yorkers on October 18th with a performance of a lifetime, pouring out his heart and soul to fans like an exquisitely written love letter for his Beautiful Memories Tour.   R&B soloist Babylon is unlike any other performer. He doesn’t need bells and whistles to accompany his stage presence because his voice alone is a phenomenal instrument that entrances listeners.  With a reputation for collaborating with artists such as BIBI, JISELLE, Jay Park, Chung Ha, Zico, WOODZ, and so many others, Babylon has distinguished himself in the music industry. His influence on the hip-hop and R&B genre alone has been groundbreaking, and this crooner keeps that passionate fire burning with every outing—his tour just being a taste of that.    The Mission—located on 229 West 28th Street— is considered K-Town’s premier nightclub destination, but in October it became the place to be to witness the greatness that is Babylon as he embarked on his first-ever United States solo tour. While in the midst of a 21-city tour spanning from Los Angeles, Denver, New York City, Houston to Minneapolis, Cleveland, Seattle and other locations, Babylon did not miss a beat.   South Korean singer-songwriter Nyla Nune opened for Babylon’s NYC performance, and she certainly set the tone for an unforgettable night. While Nyla Nune has a New York City gritty vibe, her soft sensual voice created the perfect mood for Babylon tour. Babylon swiftly took attendees from sensual ballads setting the mood for a romantic evening out with “Cigarettes after Sex” and “Alone Love,” but then flipped the switch to a club-esque dance with hits like “Boys and Girls,” “Drive” and “Automatic” getting fans excited to party.   There are not enough words in the English language to encapsulate Babylon’s talent. He is just that type of artist that you feel so privileged to have even encountered, and KFuse was lucky that cool October evening. Each ballad hit a high note reaching into the depths of your soul, leaving you craving more.   Donning a baseball cap, glasses, and a Nike sports outfit, Babylon got on that stage like a “Smooth the Criminal.” With vocal skills reminiscent of the King of Pop Michael Jackson, KFuse can confidently state that Babylon is most certainly the King of R&B.    His tour traces his musical journey from his first full length album back in 2018—an exploration of memories to his latest work—to EGO 90’s Part 3  which was released in August 2024.  Audiences were able to see first-hand the master at work as he blew through funk, pop, hip-hop and R&B vibes in the span of two hours.   There are some artists who have that “Je ne sais quoi” factor that charms them with a simple smile, but Babylon has it all. PSYCHIC FEVER is a Japanese boy group under EXILE TRIBE consisting of seven members– Tsurugi, Nakanishi Ryoga, Watanabe Ren, JIMMY, Kohatsu Kokoro, Handa Ryushin, and WEESA. Formed in 2019, the group has been around and making music for over five years now. They recently embarked on their first USA tour, visiting a few cities around the country.  Photo Credit: Lauren L. The Dallas fans in particular definitely showed up and showed off in a spectacular fashion that was hard to miss. As I navigated through the crowd, I was greeted by a dazzling array of bedazzled cowboy hats that sparkled under the venue lights, creating a vibrant sea of colors. The leather outfits were not just a fashion statement; they were a testament to the fans' dedication and love for the genre, with intricate designs and personal touches that reflected their unique personalities. Additionally, I spotted some truly remarkable shoes that ranged from flashy to elegantly understated, each pair telling its own story about the wearer’s style and enthusiasm. The pre-show energy was palpable and electric, with an atmosphere that felt charged with excitement. The room was abuzz with a symphony of conversations, laughter, and spontaneous singing, as fans eagerly anticipated the performance ahead. As the show began, the atmosphere shifted dramatically; high crowd anticipation quickly erupted into a chorus of screams and cheers as the performers took the stage and launched into their first song. The high-energy dance routines and captivating performances maintained an exhilarating pace throughout the next few songs, with the artists taking moments to engage directly with the audience, further amplifying the connection and excitement. The group’s outfits were particularly eye-catching, featuring matching ‘PSYCHIC FEVER’ leather jackets that exuded a cool, cohesive vibe. A few of them sported stylish sunglasses, while one member even donned a cowboy hat, perfectly blending the local culture with their unique style. The energy of the performance was infectious, seamlessly mirroring the vibrant and enthusiastic vibes radiating from the crowd. About halfway through the show, the performers shifted gears and treated the audience to a series of solo and unit songs, which kept the momentum and good energy flowing without a hitch. This segment of the performance was a delightful showcase of individual talents, allowing each member to shine in their own right while still contributing to the overall dynamic of the group. Following this energetic display, there was an outfit change that introduced a more romantic, velvet, and sultry vibe, which was a stark yet refreshing contrast to the earlier high-energy performances. This change set the stage perfectly for one of their newest songs, ‘Paradise,’ which was performed with a hauntingly beautiful intensity that captivated the audience. As the show transitioned into a slower, lower energy set of songs, the crowd remained just as engaged and enthusiastic, swaying along and singing every word, proving that the connection between the artists and their fans was as strong as ever. The slower songs allowed for a moment of reflection and intimacy, where the audience could truly appreciate the artistry and emotion behind the music. Overall, the energy at this show was nothing short of contagious, with an atmosphere that felt alive and vibrant. The fans were not only excited but also incredibly supportive, sharing positive feedback about their entire experience—from the soundcheck that set the tone for the night to the welcoming environment that made everyone feel included and appreciated. Many expressed their eagerness to attend future shows, highlighting how this particular performance had exceeded their expectations. Psychic Fever was sure to leave a lasting impression with their ability to connect with the audience and create such a memorable experience is truly a sight to behold!

Quinet Korean rock band ONEWE kicked off their much-anticipated North American leg of the first world tour, titled “2025 ONEWE O! NEW E!volution IV’ at The Abbey in Orlando, FL April 6th. The Abbey, known for its intimate setting and excellent acoustics, provided an ideal backdrop for ONEWE’s inaugural U.S. performance. The Abbey’s ambience complemented the self-producing band’s energic stage presence, fostering a close connection between them and their adoring WEVE.  Photo Credit: Alicia C. Members YongHoon, KangHyun, HaRin, DongMyeong, and GIUK kicked off their concert with previous hits “ Rain to Be ,” “ Montage_ , ” and “ OFF ROAD ” for the sold-out crowd. During their introductions KangHyun had a cute TMI discussing his pimple earlier in the day. WEVE went all out crazy for the red-haired drummer HaRin whenever he had the chance to speak.  Leader and main vocalist YongHoon did a beautiful rendition of Adam Levine’s “ Lost Stars ” from the 2013 movie “ Begin Again .” There was a funny moment when fans tried to sing along but did not know the lyrics. The way YongHoon asked the crowd “ You only know ONEWE songs? ” was cute.  WEVE also had the opportunity to do a Q&A in between the set. One of the questions that was asked: What is one song that they’re most excited to perform? The song “ GRAVITY ” was the answer. DongMyeong teased WEVE about playing it or not since their setlists would be different at other stops. ONEWE performed a mix of tracks from their latest album “ WE: Dream Chaser ” along with fan favorites from their earlier releases, including “ Regulus ” and crowd favorite “ A piece of You ” to close the show.  Photo Credit: Alicia C. After WEVE screaming encore for a couple of minutes HaRin came back out to do a drum solo, to pump the audience even more. They started with “ Crazy good ” from their first album “ ONE .” YongHoon and DongMyeong took a couple of cell phones, taking selfies for WEVE. DongMyeong also recorded KangHyun’s guitar solo during “ Pleasant .” The final song was another fan favorite “ Eraser .” ONEWE ’s lyrical depth and music sincerity truly sets them apart from other artists which have allowed them the ability to cultivate a loyal international fanbase. The band’s reputation for blending rock, pop, and ballad elements with K-pop sensibilities warranted a memorable experience for the fans in attendance. ONEWE is a hidden gem in the melting pot that is K-pop.

Welcome back #SoundLovers! AMPERS&ONE has finally made their way to "have some fun" in the U.S. During their ' 2025 Live Tour My First_ ' in Louisville! Photo Credit: BR On Sunday, March 2nd, Louisville's community-oriented and locally intimate venue, The Art Sanctuary -- a venue known for showcasing and supporting visual, literary, and performing arts -- played host to AMPERS&ONE as they made their ninth tour stop! Despite the chilly, crisp air, ANDEAR (AMPERS&ONE's official fandom name) spent the afternoon meeting other ANDEAR, sharing stories of their bias, and how they came to know AMPERS&ONE -- whether through their debut or their time on survival shows, such as Mnet's 'Boys Planet,' 'Wild Idol,' or even 'Treasure Box.' Making their way into the venue, some fans headed to the merch line, while others quickly took the main floor to find a spot to claim as their own. Prepping for the evening's show, attendees were eager to collect their light sticks and signs for the group and their bias -- with one fan's sign requesting for Siyun to smile. As the stage -- illuminated in two white spotlights from the front, a chic black backdrop reading AMPERS&ONE , and floor LEDs reading A & 1 across the stage -- darkened, ANDEAR filled the 26,000 square foot venue with a unison cheer as members Kamden, Brian, Jiho, Siyun, Kyrell, Mackiah, and Seungmo took the stage for their debut performance in Louisville. Signaling the first stage, the bell ran, beat dropped, and the well-known intro to the group's debut song, " On and On ," began -- generating cheers louder than before. Mirroring the youthful and upbeat vibe of the song, the group appeared in white button-ups, dress slacks, and black and white sneakers with varied style black sweaters, cardigans, and uniform jackets. With only the first song complete, the night's energy level had been set, as fans were singing along, dancing in spot, and some even taking note of the members' taller than expected statures. As a group who always showcases their love for their fans, the members took a quick break to acknowledge the crowd with a shout, " Man, it's crowded in here. " before asking the crowd if they were ready for the next song so as not to lose the energy from the crowd. Continuing with the youthful vibe, AMPERS&ONE performed the cute and light-hearted song, " Someday ," where they showcased not only a sharp choreography that felt weightless, but with beaming smiles that livened the venue and heightened the energy of the fans. Quickly moving into the next youthful stage, the members were still beaming with smiles as they caught the crowd singing and dancing along to " He + She = We ." Beginning with Seungmo, then moving to Kyrell, Brian, Kamden, Mackiah, Siyun, and ending with Jiho, the members of AMPERS&ONE took a moment to introduce themselves and their tour. Kyrell took over, acknowledging, " Louisville, we were very, very excited to be coming here, so thank you all for showing up tonight. I saw you guys waiting outside, I know it was cold, but thank you guys so much. I hope you guys are staying warm, and let's have some fun! " The next stage, earning cheers from the crowd at the first note, was followed by a silent venue as fans were captivated by the group's opening choreography before joining in singing to " Over The Moon ." As the chorus came around, fans also began jumping along to the music and waving their light sticks to the beat—illuminating their space in a sea of colors to mirror the lights shining from the back of the stage. Not ready to lose the light-hearted and youthful vibe, the group continued with another fan-favorite track from their debut album, " Sheesh ." The beaming smiles and notable expressions of pure enjoyment from the members of AMPERS&ONE—beginning from the first note of " On and On " and carrying through the end of " Sheesh "—were on full display as Kyrell smiled adoringly at fans any time he was in the spotlight, Brian winking and blowing a kiss to the crowd as they continued to sing along and cheer, and Mackiah forming a heart above his head during a transition piece of the choreography. Taking a moment to once again acknowledge the crowd, Kyrell pointed out, " I noticed you guys were having so much fun ," while Kamden added, " I noticed you guys singing along and some not singing along. Who was vibing? " before excusing Mackiah, Jiho, Seungmo, and himself, stating, " I would love to continue and have fun with you guys, but some of us have to get ready for our next stage, " and Seungmo promising, " We will be back soon! " Leaving Brian, Kyrell, and Jiho on stage, their talk segment became a segment led by the crowd teaching the members the "correct way" to say their city's name, Louisville, and what it meant to "put your L's up." Kyrell took the lead and continued various attempts before pronouncing Louisville in the widely-accepted Southern sense—earning a chuckle from Brian when fans began cheering—before asking the crowd if they were ready for, " Plot Twist ." The trio covered the widely known and beloved TWS song in their own style—visibly enjoying the crowd's responsive cheers throughout the performance. Taking their leave, it was time for the quartet consisting of Mackiah, Jiho, Seungmo, and Kamden to return to the stage, now fitted in an array of reds and blacks exuding a more mature feel that contrasted the earlier stages. Signaling the beginning of their performance, Mackiah asked the crowd if they were ready for what was coming up, to which the crowd cheered loudly. Following up to the crowd's cheers, Mackiah was in shock, asking, " Do you guys know what song is next? " to which the crowd responded, " Good Boy Gone Bad ." Without any further introduction, the quartet took their places and took their spot on the stage and performed a sharp rendition of the TXT song. Once again turning their stage into a teaching session, the crowd began to encourage the members on a different pronunciation for their beloved city before Mackiah suggested the quartet show off a sexy pose for the crowd followed by a little friendly competition to determine which group could perform " Plot Twist " better. Finally joined once again by Brian, Kyrell, and Siyun, it was time to change the atmosphere of the venue -- beginning with a dance break stage, AMPERS&ONE was sure to showcase their powerfully sharp, beautifully controlled, and remarkably synchronized choreography skills before moving into a segment of cover stages. The crowd filled the venue with deafening cheers as the continuation of beautifully controlled, yet powerful choreography continued into fan-favorite covers of " Blood Sweat & Tears " by BTS and " God's Menu " by Stray Kids. Contrasting the hip-hop vibe, Jiho, Kyrell, and Siyun highlighted their vocal skills with a performance of Justin Bieber's " Sorry " before Seungmo, Kamden, Brian, and Mackiah took the stage to show a more sensual stage with a cover of Bruno Mars' " That's What I Like ." Determined to carry on their tradition of changing the lyrics to the name of the city they were performing in, the stage once again turned into a stage of learning where the crowd kept encouraging the "correct way" to pronounce their city's name. After Brian finally obtained crowd approval for his pronunciation, he took a moment to teach the other members. Some members of the crowd became hecklers of their own doing with comments like, " We have barns here! We ain't got no condos! This is the Bluegrass State! " before a successful attempt at changing the lyrics. It was time for Jiho, Kyrell, and Siyun to take over the stage -- this time sporting their white button-up layered with a black leather jacket. Kyrell then took this moment to share with the crowd how it came about that their unit performed, " Sorry ." " We wanted to do something for the other team, and we thought about which artist we should do. Do you guys know the artist's songs?" The three once again made an attempt at a crowd-approved pronunciation of Louisville before Kyrell kicked off the next segment of TikTok dance challenges with " Igloo " by Kiss of Life. Trying to determine which member would go next, Kyrell took to the crowd, who couldn't decide between Siyun or Jiho, so it was settled through a game of rock-paper-scissors, and it was determined that Jiho would be next as aespa's " Whiplash " began to play. Finally, it was time for Siyun to take his turn as TXT's " Good Boy Gone Bad " began to play -- at which point he was immediately joined by Kyrell and Jiho. As the short track came to an end, the remaining members came out to begin their final segment with Kamden introducing the next stage. " The next song is definitely a song. I hope you guys enjoy it. Anyway, are you guys ready for our next song?!? " As the crowd cheered on the members, they took their spot as the powerfully catchy intro to " Broken Heart " began and the crowd belted out " BROKEN! BROKEN! BROKEN HEART HEART! " before Kamden and Mackiah showcased the song's heavy bass and hard-hitting raps. As the crowd's energy continued to only elevate all the way through to the end of the performance, the group continued straight into fan-favorite " Whip It " which had fans singing along and filling the venue once again with cheers for the members. Taking only a brief moment, Kamden shared his stage experience with all by saying, " I accidentally kicked this fan during the performance."  Showcasing their sense of humor -- upon hearing this, Siyun, Jiho, and Kamden immediately went to check on the floor fan that was placed on stage to help keep the members cool to ask if it was okay. After shortly acknowledging the crowd for dancing along, Kyrell then leads into the next song, " So from now on, I want you guys to give it everything you've got, okay? " The members then take their edge of the stage for a fan-interactive performance of the lighthearted song, " Sweet & Sour ." Following AMPERS&ONE's lead, the crowd swayed their hands and lightsticks from left to right as they sang along to the chorus. Being sure to acknowledge as many as possible, members posed for pictures, gave finger hearts, and waved at fans as they made their way from one part of the stage to another during the performance. AMPERS&ONE maintained the crowd's energy and excitement with a performance of " Calling You Back ," the lighthearted pop track that was the perfect way to begin closing out the night. Next, it was time for the members to signal their final stage before the encore with Kamden expressing, " I had so much fun here in Louisville today. Did ANDEARs also have a lot of fun?! " to which the crowd responded with a loud cheer before the members took a moment to share their ending thoughts. "Time passed by so quickly because everyone was dancing along and enjoying the stage. I really wish I have another chance to come back here!" - Seungmo "This is our ninth show, guys. Before I brought myself on stage, though I told myself that I wanted this to be like it was the first time." - Kyrell "I just want to thank you so much for coming out today, and dancing along. You guys have some great dance moves." - Brian "I was happy to perform here today in front of some crazy energy people. Tonight will be unforgettable." - Kamden "ANDEARs, you guys are so great. Thank you guys for coming and showing us love." - Mackiah "Everyone was dancing along. It felt like we created a stage together." - Siyun "When I heard that we were going on our first tour, I was very excited and very worried. But when I came here and we performed, I was so happy that you guys cheered for us." - Jiho It was now time for a commemorative photo with AMPERS&ONE and ANDEAR before entering the final stage of this segment, with Kamden exclaiming, " Thank you so much for everything, ANDEARs! " The members took their place at the edge of the stage once more in a row as the beautiful piano intro began, and AMPERS&ONE showcased their beautiful harmonies with a heartfelt performance of " Fly ." After their final wardrobe change, the members arrived back on stage sporting tour merch for a more high-energy performance of " He + She = We ( English Version )" to which Jiho, being the incredible dancer that he is, began to dance bits and pieces of the group's choreography throughout the stage. Other members, including Siyun and Mackiah, were jumping along with the crowd throughout the song. Mackiah introduced the next song by asking the crowd, " We will need you guys to join us and sing along ," before instructing ANDEAR on the call & response part of which they would be helping with—where after AMPERS&ONE says, " Red light , Green light, " and " All day, All night ," the crowd would respond by shouting, " GO! " After a successful performance of " Slide ," the intro of " Crazy Stupid Fun " began, and the venue hall turned into a party! With fans jumping along, a sea of multi-colored lightsticks imitating the movements of the crowd, and the stage lights replicating that of a rave. As the instrumental of " Crazy Stupid Fun " continued playing, the members of AMPERS&ONE said their final goodbyes, waving to those near and far before exiting the stage. Seven-member boy group, GHOST9 , brought the heat with them on a frigid Atlanta night. On February 20 they took The Masquerade stage and made a night fans, affectionately known as GHOSTIES, will never forget. Photo Credit: Cheyenne H. Opening the show with what they deemed “the sweeties,” their first three songs made the audience feel like it was sugar and love running through their veins. The music bounced around the room and the energy rose steadily. Even closing out that section of the cutesier songs, the members, Junhyung, Shin, Kangsung, Junseong, Prince, Woojin, and Jinwoo, threw paper airplanes into the crowd at the crescendo of " Flying at Night ." To see the choreography, lighting, music, and members come together and sing along without worry, is one of the greatest joys of concerts. The little details can really set that atmosphere apart. On this night in particular, GHOST9’s lights transitioned from bright purples, blues, and yellow for the cutesy opening of the show to red and white for the more intense sets. Their choreography focused heavily on creating various levels and staccato movements to draw everyone’s eyes and when it came time for a few solo stages, Junhyung focused on more intimate choreography for " Red Chevy ," and Junseong focused on a party vibe with a cover of " Call Me Maybe ." The scorpion kick-up dance move, that K-pop group INFINITE popularized, is always impressive, and when GHOST9 formed a circle to recreate that move, it was an audibly impressive moment as GHOSTIES were captivated. GHOST9 continued by bringing their PEAK TIME cover of GOT7’s ‘Never Ever’ to the stage and after another quick break, the boys closed the show with some heartfelt songs like ‘Awesome Day and Down for You.’ Throughout the night, it was clear the relationship between GHOST9 and their fans is one full of laughs, love, and great music. A fan even exclaimed “You’re my dream,” to which the members paused to share their love right back!  After a giant group photo and a few selfies on fans’ phones, GHOST9 prepared for fan interactions to continue after the show. The K-Pop group, Ghost9, is composed of seven talented members: Junhyung, Shin, Kangsung, Junseong, Prince, Woojin, and Jinwoo. They made their official debut in 2020 with their captivating track “Think of Dawn,” which quickly garnered attention and praise within the K-Pop community. Since that momentous debut, the group has impressively released a total of seven mini-albums and two singles, showcasing their growth and versatility as artists. In the final week of February, ANDEAR, Ampers&One’s dedicated fans, lined up early in the morning outside The Regent Theater as they wait to go in and witness electrifying performances from Ampers&One. In December of 2024, it was announced that the group would embark on their first ever tour in North America and their fans were overflowing with excitement knowing they would finally have the opportunity to see the group live. As soon as their soundcheck had ended, Boston ANDEAR were left wanting more as they waited for the show to begin. The venue was overflowing with so much energy and passion as fans walked around in their colorful outfits, waving their handmade picket signs, banners, lightsticks and exchanging freebies with one another. Finally the moment that they've all been waiting for arrived as Ampers took the stage and opened the show with their debut song, “On And On”. From their fast paced, synchronized and energized dances to their amazing live vocals, the members truly gave it their all with each song they performed.They displayed so much charm and cheerfulness with their songs, “Sheesh” and “Over The Moon” enamoring the audience with their melodic voices.
